Official Giveaway Rules

1. Promoter

The promoter is Galenori Promotions, trading for this campaign as Aurum Crest Casino, Auckland, New Zealand (the “Promoter”, “Aurum Crest”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Aurum Crest is a casino-inspired promotional merchandise brand. This website does not provide gambling, wagering, gaming accounts, deposits or cash prizes.

2. Promotion period

Entries recorded before opening or after closing are not eligible. The Promoter’s server timestamp is the official timekeeping record.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open only to natural persons who:

• are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry;
• are ordinarily resident in New Zealand throughout the promotion period;
• provide a working email address they can access; and
• comply with these Official Rules.

Employees, officers, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its prize or fulfilment suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households may not enter. “Immediate family” means a spouse or partner, parent, child or sibling, whether natural, adopted, step or in-law.

4. How to enter

During the promotion period, visit galenori.com/#enter and submit the official entry form with your full name and email address. You must also confirm that you meet the age and residency criteria and accept these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy.

• One entry per person and email address.
• Entry costs NZ$0. No purchase, deposit, subscription, casino account, gameplay or other payment is required.
• Standard internet or mobile data charges imposed by an entrant’s provider may apply and are not charged by the Promoter.
• Incomplete, inaccurate, automated, bulk, scripted, tampered or fraudulent entries are void.
• Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. The Promoter is not responsible for delayed or failed internet transmission outside its reasonable control.

No method of entry gives an entrant better odds. The chance of winning depends solely on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes and retail value

There are three prizes. Each prize consists of one Aurum Crest limited-edition heavyweight cotton T-shirt, packed in a presentation box with a numbered authenticity card and tracked delivery to one New Zealand address.

Each verified winner may choose one design and available size. Selection priority follows the order in which winners complete verification. A prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a selected design or size is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may offer the winner another available design or size, or a substantially equivalent merchandise prize of equal or greater value.

Product colours and artwork may vary slightly from screen images because of photography, display settings and normal production tolerances. The Promoter is responsible for all ordinary delivery charges; a winner will never be asked to pay to claim or receive a prize.

6. Winner selection

At 12:00pm NZST on 2 September 2026, the Promoter will export the final list of eligible entries, assign each entry a unique sequential identifier and use a computer-generated random selection process to draw:

1. three provisional winners, in selection order; and
2. three reserve winners, in reserve order.

The draw will be administered by a representative of the Promoter in Auckland. The draw record will note the time, total number of eligible entries and selected entry identifiers. The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable New Zealand law, but genuine administrative questions may be sent to hello@galenori.com.

7. Notification, verification and claiming

Provisional winners will be contacted by email no later than 5:00pm NZST on 3 September 2026. Official winner messages will come only from an email address ending in @galenori.com. Aurum Crest will never ask for a fee, deposit, card number, bank password or gambling account.

To claim, a provisional winner must respond within seven calendar days and provide their selected design, available size, New Zealand delivery name and street address. We may also request reasonable evidence of age, identity and New Zealand residency. Any verification copy will be used only to check eligibility, held securely and deleted when no longer needed.

If a provisional winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the deadline, is ineligible, fails reasonable verification or declines the prize, that entry is disqualified and the prize will be offered to the first eligible reserve. The same seven-day process applies to reserves until the prize is awarded or the reserve list is exhausted.

Prizes are expected to be dispatched within 15 business days after verification and selection confirmation. Tracking details will be emailed when available. Risk of loss transfers only on confirmed delivery to the address supplied by the winner.

8. General conditions

• The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify conduct that undermines the fair operation, security or integrity of the promotion.
• If the promotion cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failure, security incident, natural event, legal requirement or another cause outside reasonable control, the Promoter may pause, modify or cancel it. If practical and lawful, existing eligible entries will be preserved and entrants will be informed on this website.
• Nothing in these rules excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable New Zealand law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from entry or use of a prize. This does not limit liability for wilful misconduct, fraud or liability that the law does not permit us to exclude.
• A winner is responsible for any personal consequences arising from accepting and using the prize, except where the law provides otherwise.
• These rules are governed by New Zealand law and New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Intellectual property and brand statement

All Aurum Crest artwork and promotional materials are original campaign assets. Formula 1, F1, Monte-Carlo place and casino marks, and any other third-party names or marks remain the property of their respective owners. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Formula One Management, the Automobile Club de Monaco, Société des Bains de Mer or any third-party casino.

9. Privacy and publicity

Entry information is collected and used to administer the promotion, identify duplicates or ineligible entries, contact and verify winners, deliver prizes, handle questions and maintain a limited draw audit record. Entry does not subscribe an entrant to marketing. We do not sell entry data.

Subject to consent and New Zealand privacy law, we may publish a verified winner’s first name, last initial and region after the prize is claimed. No winner image, full address or contact information will be published without separate express consent. We aim to acknowledge enquiries within two business days and resolve substantive complaints within ten business days. If more time is required, we will explain why and provide an expected response date.
