1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, browsing or using galenori.com (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Website. A reference to “you” means the visitor or user; “we”, “us”, “our”, “Aurum Crest” or the “Operator” means Galenori Promotions trading for this campaign as Aurum Crest Casino.

Additional terms may apply to a particular feature. The Official Giveaway Rules govern entry, eligibility, prizes and winner selection. If these general Terms conflict with the Official Rules on a giveaway matter, the Official Rules control for that matter.

2. Operator and nature of the Website

The Website is operated by Galenori Promotions, Auckland, New Zealand. “Aurum Crest Casino” is the campaign’s casino-inspired promotional identity. It is not presented as a licensed physical or online casino and does not provide gambling services.

The Website is purely informational apart from the free giveaway entry form. No products are offered for sale through it. Featured merchandise is promotional prize inventory. No displayed casino chip, card or numbered element has monetary value or can be exchanged, deposited or redeemed.

3. Intended audience and age

The Website is intended for adults aged 18 or over in New Zealand. By continuing past the age prompt, you state that you are at least 18. The prompt records only a temporary browser-session confirmation and is not identity verification.

People under 18 must not submit a giveaway entry. A giveaway may impose additional residency, timing and exclusion criteria described in its Official Rules. Accessing informational content does not by itself establish eligibility or create a right to a prize.

4. Limited permission to use the Website

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access and use the Website for lawful, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may print or save a reasonable copy of legal pages for your personal records.

This permission does not transfer ownership of the Website, campaign materials, source code, photography, copy, designs or brand assets.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not, directly or through another person or automated system:

• use the Website in breach of New Zealand law or another applicable law;
• submit false, misleading, stolen or third-party personal information;
• enter on behalf of another person without lawful authority;
• send automated, bulk, duplicate or scripted entry requests;
• circumvent an age, eligibility, rate, security or anti-abuse control;
• introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, probe infrastructure or interfere with normal operation;
• scrape or harvest personal information, email addresses or non-public data;
• impersonate Aurum Crest, Galenori Promotions, a winner or another person;
• use our branding to solicit money, credentials, deposits or gambling activity;
• remove rights notices or reproduce substantial Website content for commercial use; or
• use the Website in a way that harms, threatens, abuses or infringes the rights of another person.

We may block requests, reject entries, preserve relevant security records and refer suspected unlawful conduct to service providers or authorities where appropriate.

6. Giveaway participation

Submitting a form is a request to participate, not confirmation that the entry is eligible or that a prize has been won. An entry is subject to receipt, validation, duplication checks, the promotion period and every eligibility condition in the Official Rules.

No purchase or deposit is necessary. We will not ask for payment details in the entry form. If a person claims that payment, gambling, cryptocurrency, gift cards or bank credentials are required to enter or claim, treat the communication as suspicious and contact hello@galenori.com.

The countdown and campaign-entry counter are interface displays. The Official Rules state the controlling closing time. Server and administrative records determine whether an entry was received in time and included in the eligible draw list.

7. Accuracy, product images and information

We aim to keep Website information accurate, readable and current. However, minor typographical errors, display differences or temporary inconsistencies may occur. Product colours, textures, scale and packaging shown in editorial images can differ from a delivered item because of lighting, screen settings and normal manufacturing tolerances.

Dates, prize values and selection rules in the Official Rules are controlling. If another page contains a clear inconsistency, contact us and rely on the Official Rules pending clarification.

General information on responsible gaming, privacy, technology or law is provided for awareness and does not replace advice from a qualified professional who has considered your individual circumstances.

8. Intellectual property and third-party marks

Unless stated otherwise, the Website’s layout, text, Aurum Crest name and crest, campaign graphics, original garment artwork, photographs, code and presentation are owned by or licensed to Galenori Promotions and protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may not copy, adapt, distribute, sell, license, publicly display or create derivative commercial materials from protected Website content without prior written permission, except where law permits.

Formula 1, F1, geographical Monte-Carlo references, casino names and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Aurum Crest’s racing and casino-night themes do not imply sponsorship, approval or administration by Formula One Management, Automobile Club de Monaco, Société des Bains de Mer or any unrelated casino or racing organisation.

9. Personal information, cookies and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, the purposes of collection, service-provider access, retention, security and your New Zealand access and correction rights. The Cookie Policy explains temporary session storage and confirms that the Website currently uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

You are responsible for supplying an email address you control and for checking messages, spam filters and inbox security. We are not responsible for a missed winner message caused by an incorrect address, full mailbox, filtering rule or compromised email account outside our reasonable control.

10. Availability, security and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend or withdraw part of the Website where reasonably required for security, updates, legal compliance, infrastructure failure or campaign administration. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

You are responsible for using a supported browser, maintaining device security, installing updates and protecting your network and credentials. Do not rely on the Website as the sole copy of information you need; save the Official Rules if you enter.

We may update these Terms prospectively. The effective date identifies the version in force. Material changes will be posted clearly. Changes to a live giveaway will be handled consistently with the Official Rules and applicable law.

11. Consumer rights and limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, Privacy Act 2020 or other applicable New Zealand law.

Subject to those non-excludable rights, the Website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, compatible with every device, completely free of technical errors or immune from malicious third-party activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galenori Promotions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to access the Website, or from reliance on general informational content. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability the law does not allow us to limit.

You remain responsible for unlawful conduct carried out through your device or information. Where permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable loss directly caused by your deliberate breach of these Terms, fraud, infringement or malicious interference.

12. Governing law, severability and no waiver

These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, which means a consumer may retain rights to use another forum where applicable law requires it.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or reduced to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with policies and rules expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement concerning Website use.
